All of the above-specified processes, except for tempering and annealing, are carried out in a protective atmosphere.
Computer-controlled processes guarantee high quality and reproducibility of the processed details. Thanks to the use of endothermic atmosphere and special cooling baths, it’s possible to obtain clean surfaces of the details.
In addition, mainly during the heat treatment of screw elements, we use a special post-tempering cooling oil that gives the treated elements a tasteful black color and works as a temporary corrosion protection.
A full automation of the process (modern continuous belt furnaces) and the resulting high efficiency of the machines allow us to offer competitive prices of top-quality services.
